  • Cost: Free
  • Location: Dixon Park Hockey Rink
  • Schedule: Every Saturday, Starting Sept 28th, Class times are changing to: Learn 2 Skate 3p-3:30pm and Learn 2 Play Hockey 3:30p-4:30pm. (Weather permitting)
  • What do I need? Just yourself and helmets for the kids (and probably some skates). We do have a small collection of loaner skates, but please contact us a few days in advance if you think you need loaner skates so that we can verify we have the right size.
  • How does it work? You just have to show up ready to have some fun. Our progressive curriculum is designed to teach the basics of inline skating in a low-stress and fun environment. Skater scooters are also available for skaters still not quite comfortable standing on their own.
  • Who is teaching the courses? Most of our instructors are players from our adult house and travel hockey programs. Each instructor has been thoroughly vetted and evaluated before they're allowed to interact with the kids. Occasionally, we will have some of the players from the high school and middle school leagues volunteer to help out also.
  • What if I'm an adult? Come on out and have some fun! We'll help out anyone interested!
