We are excited to be in Partnership with the City of Fredericksburg Parks & Rec offering Learn 2 Skate & Play Hockey classes for FREE.

Every Saturday: 

Learn 2 Skate 3pm-3:30pm

Learn 2 Play Hockey 3:30pm-4:30pm

Starting Jan 3rd, class times will change to 3pm - 4:30pm..... There will be NO CLASSES ON 1/24 due to Capitals Inline Hockey League Games at Dixon Park. Come out to watch! Youth Spring Leagues will begin early March.

(We also loan out hockey equipment for free, we are currently limited on skates. Please bring those with you!)

Improve your basic skills and knowledge of the game of roller hockey. Players will learn crossovers, stopping, stick handling, passing the puck, receiving the puck, & shooting along with other skills.

2026 Spring Youth Roller Hockey - Spring 2026

The 2026 Spring Youth Roller Hockey season is a 10 week program with 8 regular season games and 2 play off games. The first team practices will start on February 28th with the first official games the following weekend, March 7th.  All games will be played on Saturdays at Dixon Park beginning at 8AM. Games consist of three (x15) minute periods lasting about 1 hour.  Most teams usually practice once a week during the weekdays (once assigned to a team, your coach will reach out to you about practice times.) Players will be divided up by age group and assigned to teams based on skill in order to achieve a well balanced league.  Age divisions will be 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U/18U (depending on the number of registered players). 8U is a developmental format which consist of starting as a practice then scrimmaging for the remainder 1 hr time slot. Each player will receive a jersey that is theirs to keep and a prize at the end of the season.

Required equipment is an HECC certified helmet with face cage, hockey gloves, Knee/shin pads, elbow pads, skates, stick, athletic cup, and water source. Coaches will be paired with their children and siblings of the same age will be assigned to the same team. Team and friend requests will not be honored in order to maintain balanced rosters. Please contact us if you have an extenuating circumstance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you need equipment, we can also outfit you with the required gear free of charge. If you need assistance with the league fees, please reach out to us and we will work with you to get it taken care of. 

Goalies play for free. Please choose the goalie enrollment by age option when registering.

All players are required to be registered with AAU for insurance purposes. Your AAU number will be required during the registration process. Weather delays, cancellations and other news will be sent via email, posted on our social media, and via our app. If you don't have it yet, please download the Team Sideline app once you register. Once teams are assigned, you will be able to see your team roster, schedule and other important info.

2026 Spring Adult Roller Hockey - Spring I 2026

The Fall Adult Roller Hockey season is a 10 week program with 8 regular season games and 2 play off games, starting March 9th. All games will be played on Sunday afternoon starting at 3:30 pm and complete in the early afternoon at Dixon Park. Games consist of three (x15) minute periods lasting about 1 hour.  We currently run 2 divisions:

• Competitive Division - This division is for those individuals that are competitive.  Skill A - C
• Recreational Division- This division is for a more laid back skate. Skill ranges from beginner to experienced player wanting to knock of the rust

All players are required to be registered with AAU for insurance purposes. Your AAU number will be required during the registration process. All AAU numbers will be validated prior to assigning teams to ensure everyone is eligible
